SKILLS TRAINING

The SUSC Skills Training programs are held year-round at our various indoor and outdoor facilities. The sessions are designed for highly motivated Town/Travel, Club, and Premier level players who are looking to improve specific areas of their game. Sessions vary by class topic, and include individual exercises, small-sided activities, and small-sided games.

Classes have been developed to focus in on more specific parts of skill development and athleticism.

SPEED AGILITY QUICKNESS

Performance Fitness Classes

To excel at sports, players need the mental strength, sport-specific skills and athletic ability.  The Seacoast United SAQ School has been developed to improve the overall athletic performance of your athlete!  Through a proven approach of motor skill patterns, balance, flexibility, strength, and speed development, this 6-week program will take your play to the next level.  By focusing on the needs of each athlete, this school will aid each participant to make changes to their biomechanics to improve overall athletic performance.

The 6-week program schedule will include:

  • Conditioning
  • Body weight strength & power
  • Accelerating and decelerating safely
  • ACL injury prevention exercises
  • The "Kinesiology of Speed"
  • Balance and agility
DAY/DATES AGES TIME COST
Mondays: February 1, 8, 15, 22, March 1, 8 10-14 4-5pm $120
Saturdays: January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27 10-14 8-9am $120
